Yes, credits do not roll over but refresh monthly. You can also transfer them to friends or family.

Yes, credits and spa cash can be transferred to non-members, so feel free to share them with friends or family! Please email us at  hello@studio3fit.com to transfer spa cash or credits.

Any unused credits convert to $6 Spa Cash per credit, which you can redeem at our med spa for treatments like Botox, facials, and more. Learn more about our MedSpa by clicking here.

Our Loyalty Perks Program rewards you for staying committed! You’ll get $5 off your membership each month, up to a maximum of $50 off.

Example: If you're on a $175/month plan, after 10 months, you’ll have earned the full $50 discount, making your monthly rate $125. Once you reach this discount, your membership will stay at $125 as long as you remain a member!
