We're sorry to see you go—but we totally understand that life and schedules change!

Important Cancellation Details

14-Day Notice Required

All cancellations require a minimum of 14 days' notice before your next billing date.

If your request is submitted within 14 days of your next charge, one final payment will be processed. You will retain access until the end of that cycle.

Membership Changes

Upgrades (e.g., moving to a higher-tier package) allow you to retain your loyalty rate.

Downgrades reset your loyalty discount and revert your pricing to the current standard rate.

No Freezes (Except Medical)

We do not offer membership freezes or holds unless there is a documented medical reason.

No Retroactive Refunds or Verbal Requests

All cancellation requests must be submitted through this form. We are unable to honor verbal requests or offer refunds for past billing cycles.
