Meet Zach! Zack’s background with fitness started as a dancer in the Bay Area of California as a teenager. The desire to keep moving has stuck ever since. He looks at exercise as a necessary combination of challenge and fun in order to keep at it. It can be done with good vibes, good music, and good people. When not working at Studio3, he’s either traveling, doing something outside, or trying new restaurants.
