LET’S GO! Just 45-min in our Strength Studio is designed to build muscle and burn fat…Oh yup! We use a combination of dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, battle ropes, slam balls, and water rowers to help you achieve a stronger, leaner body. Whether you’re experienced in strength or not, our badass instructors will ensure you get an effective results-driven workout, while keeping your body safe! OK STRONG BODY!
