Sweat dripping, beat driven cycling with inspiring lights and motivating music.  Challenge your ride with choreography and a weighted arm series! Feel the burn in your lower & upper body. Chase that beat, climb those hills, and charge those sprints! All levels welcome as we ride together (so come as you are and give it your ALL!) .

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

LET’S GO! 60-min in our Strength Studio is designed to build muscle and burn fat…Oh yup! We use a combination of dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, battle ropes, slam balls, and water rowers to help you achieve a stronger, leaner body. Whether you’re experienced in strength or not, our badass instructors will ensure you get an effective results-driven workout, while keeping your body safe! OK STRONG BODY!

SHRED

Our 45-minute Pilates-inspired TOTAL-BODY workout will take you through a variation of plyometrics, calisthenics, and endurance-based strength training. Shred is designed to lengthen, tone, and sculpt your muscles using resistance bands, dumbbells, and toning balls. Arms, core, legs, and booty… prepare to feel the BURN!

POWER30

Test your strength! Maximize your time and energy in these 30 min of true HIIT. We build strength by fighting heavy-ass resistance through massive hill climbs and intense sprints. Redefine your anaerobic threshold by integrating longer periods of your max effort with shorter periods of recovery. LET’S GO!

YOGA FLOW

Our 45-minute Vinyasa style flow is intelligently sequenced for all levels. We focus on building strength, flexibility, linking breath with movement, and releasing your mind from the stress of everyday life. Create a deeper connection between mind and body while surrounded by the sounds of R&B, Hip-Hop, and more inspiring beats in Vinyasa style.

CYCLE + CORE

45-minute cardio and core blast. Whether you are a seasoned cyclist, or a newbie, we create classes that meet and challenge you exactly where you are! Low lights, loud music, and a FIRE instructor frees you to ride your heart out. After you achieve your cycle high, we guide you through a core blast for a complete workout
