What can I expect?
No Olympic lifting here, guys! Our Master trainers will assist you and educate you throughout your workout to ensure you have a safe and effective workout!
What equipment do you incorporate?
We incorporate Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Slam Balls, Battle Ropes, Sliders, Benches, Water Rowers, Body-weight, and more! If you are new to strength in general, or new to any of this equipment, do not worry!
Are the workouts the same?
No! There is a different workout every single day. 
CYCLE
Can I rent cycle shoes?
Yes! We provide cycle shoes for $2 (Complimentary during your trial week). You can request shoes when booking your class.
I have my own cycle shoes?
We are SPD style compatible. Feel free to bring them for your ride.
Do I need to wear cycle shoes?
To insure your safety and provide a more effective workout, we require all riders to clip in our bikes.

YOGA

What is the mat situation?

We encourage you to bring your own mats, but if you forget we rent yoga mats for $2! (Complimentary during your trial week).

Should I bring a towel?

Yes! We practice under low-level infrared heat, so you will get sweaty and you will want a towel.

There are 5 formats? What are they?

Our 5 formats held within the Infrared Studio are Vinyasa Flow (45-min), Deep Stretch: Escape (1 hour), Shred (45-min) and Shredsanity (45-min)..

FINALLY
What’s your cancellation policy?
If you can’t attend a registered class you must cancel 8-hrs before your class. If you cancel within 8-hrs you will incur a cancellation fee.
Can I bring a friend?
Heck yes! Call the Studio ahead of time or send us a quick email to lqa@studio3fit.com to ensure there is a spot available.
What’s up with the lockers & showers?
We have showers stocked with the essentials (towels, shampoo, soap, etc). We have lockers that self lock so no need to bring your own.
